We've been building homes since 2005, so we're very confident in our building techniques.  We know exactly what it takes to deliver quality construction.  We have a long standing relationship with all our sub-contractors and suppliers.  Western Homes obtains all required permits and inspections during the construction of our homes.  In fact, we are so assured that we are doing it the right way, we provide you with a list of all the sub-contractors that have worked on your home as a resource for any questions, plus we back our homes with a written 12-month limited warranty. When you purchase one of our homes, we work together before and after you move-in. We come to know one another, so it should be no surprise that we want our customers to be as confident about purchasing and living in our homes as we are about building them.
