Western Homes, LLC. is locally owned and operated by Kelly and Vanessa Colovos. Western Homes has been building quality homes in Southern Kentucky since 2005 with great success. Western Homes takes great pride in the quality design, construction and curb appeal of each home we construct. "We build each and every home as if my family and I are moving in," says Kelly. "We work very closely with all our home buyers to ensure that the experience of building or buying a home is the best it can be."
You might say Kelly grew up building homes. Kelly started working along side his father Alex during the summers around the age of 12. Over the next 25 years, Kelly worked with his father to build many homes and businesses in Bowling Green and Nashville. Kelly also served as General Manager with several major telecommunication companies to plan, construct and open retail outlets all across Western and Central Kentucky. Kelly has the experience to plan, proceed, and complete your first or next home.
Our homes are designed on CAD and planned in-house. Western Homes has a wide selection of plans from which to choose or we can take a plan that is to your liking and make it your own dream home. Each home built by Western Homes is constructed to the highest standards to meet and exceed all local and state building codes and comes complete with a 12-month limited home warranty.
Our homes are tastefully decorated in a "Trendy Upscale Approach" by our own Decoration Coordinator Vanessa Colovos. Vanessa instills grand features, details and color pallets normally reserved for estate homes. "Each home we decorate, we strive for that WOW factor" says Vanessa.
